The Process
Once you contact us we’ll schedule a video call to get to know each other and get clarity about how we can help you.
Once we’re all clear on what we need to produce and how, we will send you a bespoke proposal with different options for you to choose.
If we are doing a photography or video shoot with you, this comes next.
Then we’ll edit the media we’ve captured or written, add any other media such as music, stock video, logos and send it to you for comments.
We will usually do two rounds of editing to make sure you’re not only happy but positively delighted with the results.
Then we’ll deliver your media to you via a secure link.
1. Plan
We plan everything meticulously and creatively in our pre-production process. Working together with you we’ll make sure we are really clear on: what we’ll be doing, how we’ll do it, who needs to be involved, where we’ll do it, when we’ll do it.
2. Shoot
Whether we are doing a video or photoshoot, or even both, we’ll pre-visualise all the shots we need and the kit we need to do it, from cameras, to microphones, to lighting, to scripts for the teleprompter.
We like our shoots to be as fun and relaxed as possible. So we’ll arrive early to set up, and then focus on getting the best results we can.
3. Edit
For photography we will choose the best shots, improve colours, brightness, cropping, and sometimes a little bit of light improvement – like removing a bit of fluff from clothing on a headshot, or removing a reflection in a window.
With video editing, this is where it all comes together, where we start to tell the story.
Editing includes choosing the best clips, improving colours, improving audio quality, adding voiceovers and music and adding other elements like graphics and text.
4. Deliver
Once you’re happy with your media we’ll send it to you via a secure WeTransfer link.
We will send you photos in both a fast-loading web format and a high quality print format.
For video we will usually send in full HD, although we can also do other formats such as square, portrait, or 4K.
